Very good

I like them very much and I always repeat. The bad thing is that you have to take 3 pills in each of the two shots but I find them the most effective. Great value for money

Me gustan mucho y siempre repito. Lo malo es que hay que tomar 3 pastillas en cada una de las dos tomas pero me parecen de los más efectivos . Calidad precio estupenda

3 compounds at the same time?

Frankly, I don't understand the point of making a pill with 3 different compounds if you then have to take 3 pills at the same time in a single intake. For that you can buy the products separately, take one pill of each and it would be the same. I had not realized this detail before buying it, which makes the shelf life of the bottle too short for the cost it has.

Francamente no entiendo que sentido tiene hacer una pastilla con 3 compuestos distintos si luego te tienes que tomar 3 pastillas a la vez en una sola ingesta. Para eso te puedes comprar los productos por separado, tomas una pastilla de cada y seria lo mismo. No me habia dado cuenta de este detalle antes de comprarlo, lo que hace que la duración del bote sea demasiado corta para el coste que tiene

Good combination

I usually do keto diet and for me the chromium picolinate is usual if I think I may be overdoing it occasionally. When I saw this combination I decided to try it for when I come out of ketosis and because of my habit of high fat intake I can overdo it. Anyway, I consider that it has to be a tool for specific moments.

Suelo hacer dieta keto y para mí el picolinato de cromo es habitual si creo que me puedo estar pasando puntualmente. Al ver esta combinación decidí probar para cuando salgo de cetosis y por mi costumbre de alta ingesta de grasas puedo pasarme. De todos modos, considero que tiene que ser una herramienta para momentos puntuales.

Very good value for money, effective and cost effective product. Easy to take and does not cause any stomach discomfort (which is usually my problem).

Well, but...

I do not dislike the product itself, I think it is effective for specific moments when you are on a diet and you have an event, get-together... etc. The drawbacks I find are the price is a bit high and having to take 3 capsules at once. Otherwise I have found that it works, I will continue to use it on those occasions outside my dietary routine. Good service from Hsn in preparation and delivery.

No me desagrada en sí el producto, creo que es efectivo para momentos puntuales en los que estás haciendo dieta y tienes un evento, quedada... etc. Las pegas que le encuentro es el precio un poco elevado y tener que tomar 3 cápsulas de una vez. Por lo demás he comprobado que funciona, seguiré usándolo en esas ocasiones fuera de mi rutina alimenticia. Buen servicio de Hsn en preparación y reparto.

Good combination of fat and carbohydrate blockers

It contains the most proven effective fat and carbohydrate blockers. I take it for social occasions when I know I'm going to exceed my diet and I think it helps me not to gain weight because of those whims. This is the second bottle I've bought and I recommend it for weight control.
