Wrist straps are a must in my arsenal of training accessories. I'm a power trainer, as I do cross-training, and I need to keep my wrists protected as they sometimes take a hit or to keep them snug and secure. Las muñequeras son un must en mi arsenal de complementos de entrenamiento. Yo me dedico a la potencia, ya que practico cross-training, y debo mantener protegidas mis muñecas pues en ocasiones se llevan algún golpe o bien para que queden bien ajustadas y seguras.
