Wrist straps are a must in my arsenal of training accessories. I've been training almost every day at the gym with them for 1 year, and the only bad thing is that they smell of sweat, otherwise they are like the day I bought them. The velcro is perfect and they hold super well. Really, they are very good, very strong and of good quality.

Good for discomfort
It is a little inconvenient to use them at the beginning but they come in handy when you are learning the correct technique of execution of certain exercises. I was using them because I had discomfort and after a few months I no longer need them but they did their job.

My wrist is small and I have to twist the wristbands a lot and they stay too fat on my wrists. I would make them in only one color, being black, or red, or dark green....
