Good value for money. The capsules are good and can be swallowed well. You can feel the constant stimulation, without the downs like when you take a typical energy drink. At the latest I take them at 11:30-12h in the morning. I recommend them without a doubt.

Caffeine
With these capsules as an ergogenic supplement in endurance and ultra-endurance competition, you forget to calculate when and how you are taking your doses of caffeine. Being time-release you take it before the test, or if it is more than 8 hours, two shots, and you forget about it. Format much more economical than other commercial brand sold in pharmacies, which is what I used to use before.
Con estas cápsulas como complemento ergogénico en la competición de resistencia y ultra resistencia, te olvidas de andar calculando cuando y como vas tomando tus dosis de cafeína. Al ser de liberación prolongada lo tomas antes de la prueba, o si pasa de 8 horas, dos tomas, y te olvidas. Formato mucho mas económico que otra marca comercial vendida en farmacias, que es el que usaba antes.

Very interesting
I've only had time to take it for two days, but it works! It keeps you more alert for 10-12 hours, it doesn't give you the high like normal caffeine, it's like the feeling of being well rested and having more energy.
