They are very effective for studying in those sleepy moments, they keep you active without a slump. I would not recommend them for times when you need a big rush but when you need to be active for a few hours.

No agitation of any kind

This caffeine is very good. Nothing to do with the rest that is on the market. When you take it you hardly notice it, because it is a subtle effect. It is very good for studying and working. I wouldn't recommend it for training because it doesn't give you any kind of high. I take it in the morning. I advise taking it within the first 3 hours of the day, otherwise it can affect your sleep.

Esta cafeína es muy buena. Nada que ver con lo demás que hay por el mercado. Cuando la tomas apenas la notas, porque es un efecto sutil. Viene muy bien para estudiar y trabajar. No la recomendaría para entrenar porque no te da ningún tipo de subidón. Yo la tomo por la mañana. Aconsejo tomarla entre las 3 primeras horas del día, sino te puede afectar al sueño.
