I bought the coconut flour with the intention of substituting it for oat flour in protein shakes, but it did not give very good results, it absorbs a lot of water, as the product description says (positive point for me), but the coconut texture is very difficult to swallow and ends up scratching the throat. I will try to make some recipe with it to see if I can take advantage of it.
