Not suitable for milkshakes
I bought the coconut flour with the intention of substituting it for oat flour in protein shakes, but it did not give very good results, it absorbs a lot of water, as the product description says (positive point for me), but the coconut texture is very difficult to swallow and ends up scratching the throat. I will try to make some recipe with it to see if I can take advantage of it.
Compré la harina coco con la intención de sustituirla por la harina de avena en los batidos proteicos, pero no dio muy buen resultado, absorbe mucha agua, como dice la descripción del producto (punto positivo para mí), pero la textura de coco es muy complicada de tragar y acaba raspando en la garganta.
Probaré de hacer alguna receta con ella a ver si puedo sacarle partido.
