I use it to make sponge cakes, and it yields much more than almond flour or other similar flour, since it absorbs much more liquid. With very little quantity, you can make quite large cakes, I more or less use a proportion of 12 grams of flour for each egg used. It also leaves a pleasant coconut flavor. Ideal if you use coconut-flavored yogurt for the cake.
Lo utilizo para hacer bizcochos, y cunde muchísimo más que la harina de almendra u otra similar, ya que absorbe mucho más el líquido. Con muy poca cantidad, haces bizcochos bastante grandes, yo más o menos uso una proporción de 12 gramos de harina por cada huevo empleado. Además deja un sabor agradable a coco.
