Good quality
Very good texture. I have never had a coconut flour as fine as this one. You can even pour it in smoothies and it doesn't stick in your throat. For cakes it is very good and it binds great with the biscuits.
Buenísima textura. Nunca había tomado una harina de coco tan fina como esta. Puedes echarla incluso en los batidos y no se agarra en la garganta. Para los pasteles es buenísima y liga genial con los bizcochos.
