Very practical and ergonomic
Its size makes it very ergonomic, quite light even if it is loaded, easy to carry either in the hand or in the backpack. For normal shakes (200-250ml) it is perfect. The cap does not leak anything when shaking. The little ball helps a lot with lumps, although there are proteins that don't leave any lumps, like Evowhey for example, but that extra goes great. It washes out quite well. For me 9 out of 10.
Su tamaño lo hace muy ergonómico, bastante liviano aunque esté cargado, fácil de llevar ya sea en la mano o en la mochila.
Para batidos normales (200-250ml) es perfecto.
El tapón no pierde nada al agitarlo.
La bolita ayuda mucho con los grumos, aunque hay proteínas que no dejan nada de grumos, como Evowhey por ejemplo, pero ese extra va genial.
Se lava bastante bien.
