Good results

I bought capsules for convenience but I think I did not digest them well, I felt bad, I opened them to take it in powder form and it did not dissolve well, now I bought it in powder form and it is much better. It has no taste either in capsule or powder form. And so far I'm getting good results, I see some progress in the exercise since I've been taking it.

Me compré cápsulas por comodidad pero creo que no las digería bien, me sentaban mal, las abría para tomarla en polvo y no se disolvía bien, ahora la compré en polvo y mucho mejor. No tiene sabor ni en cápsula ni en polvo. Y de momento estoy obteniendo buenos resultados, veo cierto progreso en el ejercicios desde que la tomo.

A little big but very comfortable

I started taking creatine in capsules because in powder form it was heavy for me as it has a texture that does not dissolve and it has been a success. It is true that the capsules are a bit big, so if you find it hard to swallow pills, maybe it is not your best option. Even so, the convenience of the capsules both to take them without having to measure anything and to carry them seems incredible to me.

Empecé a tomar la creatina en cápsulas porque en polvo se me hacía pesada ya que tiene textura que tiene que no se acaba de disolver y ha sido todo un acierto. Sí que es verdad que las cápsulas son un poco grandes, si te cuesta tragar pastillas igual no es tu mejor opción. Aún así, la comodidad de las cápsulas tanto para tomarlas sin tener que medir nada como para llevarlas me parece increible.

Very good alternative to powder

Acabo de empezar a tomarlo, de momento muy bien, noto algo más de energía al entrenar, pero espero los resultados a largo plazo. Son cápsulas grandes, ningún problema para mí.
