Very comfortable
I bought the creatine in pills so I wouldn't have to take so many shakes and so much liquid. In the end there has not been much difference because as they are quite large pills I have to pass them with a lot of water but well, good and excellent price.
Compre la creatina en pastillas para no tener que estar tomando tantos batidos y tanto líquido. Al final no ha habido tanta diferencia porque como son pastillas bastante grandes las tengo que pasar con mucha agua pero bueno, bien y excelente el precio.
