Good for getting by

It's great if you want to eat a quick and mindless product, for my taste, it has too many kcal per gram of protein, but it helps to have something quick and above all vegan.

Está genial si quieres comer un producto rápido y sin pensar, para mí gusto, tiene demasiadas kcal por gramo de proteínas, pero ayuda a tener algo rápido y sobre todo vegano.

Very tasty and balanced vegetable option.

Good alternative to get out of a day when you are short of time. The flavors and textures are very good. It would be interesting to reduce the amount of pasta or carbohydrates and increase the amount of vegetables to improve the nutritional density and reduce the glycemic load.

Buenas alternativa para salir del paso un día que vas sin tiempo. Los sabores y texturas están muy bien. Sería interesante reducir la cantidad de pasta o carbohidratos y aumentar la de verdura para mejorar la densidad nutricional y reducir la carga glucémica.

Good to get by

The flavor is very good, and the quantity is more than enough to get you out. I think it is a good idea for a day when you have not been able to cook and you need a good calorie intake, but for my taste it is very high in fat. I have it for a very sporadic out of step.
