It's good but ...
It has a more intense flavor than rice flour, but it dissolves better and makes much more volume. Like rice flour, it gets much better after standing in the fridge for a few hours. I prefer regular rice flour anyway.
Tem um sabor mais intenso que a farinha de arroz, em contrapartida dissolve melhor e faz muito mais volume.
Tal como a farinha de arroz, fica muito melhor depois de repousar uma horas no frigorífico.
De qualquer maneira prefiro a farinha de arroz normal.
