He used the banana flavor and it is very practical for a carbohydrate load before going out to train. It is easily digested and you can give it the consistency you like. No lumps are formed. The only thing I find it is too sweet, I do not know if it has a lot of sweeteners because the nutritional information indicates low amount of sugars.
