This liposomal vitamin C with Liposovit is excellent for its high bioavailability. The absorption is much better than that of traditional vitamin C, and this is noticeable in the immune system and physical recovery. Very useful especially in times of stress or change of season.

Vitamin C is essential for the immune system, good skin condition and general health and although the liposomal form is clearly more expensive than the acid form I prefer it by far as it is much better and more assimilable.
