Effective

I decided to try it because I was looking for something natural to strengthen my immune system, especially in times of stress or seasonal changes. Since I've been taking it, I feel more energetic, less colds and better digestion. It is an easy supplement to incorporate into my daily routine, has not caused me any side effects and gives me peace of mind knowing that HSN uses quality ingredients.
