I find it much less effective... capsules that I have tried from other brands are much more immediate. The format is more uncomfortable and the truth is that the taste is not at all pleasant. I will finish it, but I don't think I will repeat.

I use it religiously every morning on an empty stomach with my teas. In case you want to try it like this: boil water, add turmeric powder Hsn, a stick of cinnamon, squeezed lemon and a capful of aloe and you will see the wonders it does for your digestive system.
