•  It’s normal to want to drink coffee hot, and we recommend it, but keep in mind that the water you add shouldn’t be boiling or very close to 100 degrees. When water is that hot, thermal damage occurs to the coffee’s whey protein, which coagulates and prevents it from mixing evenly. The No Sweetener Protein Coffee mixes perfectly without the water being super hot.
• Although it’s an instant coffee and mixes easily, it contains whey protein, so if you mix it just by stirring with a spoon, you might find some lumps. We recommend mixing it in the thermal cup by shaking it, or if you mix it with a spoon, make sure to stir well so the protein fully integrates.
