Paloma Quintana, best known for her project Nutrición con Q (Nutrition with Q), is passionate about healthy living. She shares her knowledge through social networks and her website to help us improve aspects of our lifestyle with simple exercises and delicious recipes.
One of her most well-known recipes is Café Fitcon Q (Fitness Coffee with Q), a coffee with extra protein to enrich its nutritional value. This thermal coffee mug is perfect for drinking the #CaféFitConQ Protein Coffee or any other type of coffee, tea or infusion, as it will help you keep the temperature of the drink for longer, as well as preventing any 'accidents' thanks to its safety cap.
It has a 500ml capacity, meaning you can prepare your favourite coffee at any size you want.
