A basic if you suffer from stomach problems

I have been taking glutamine for years because of my stomach problems. When I was worse I used to take it more often. Now I take it seasonally. For example, when I have more stress or I eat more days out for the vacations. The relation between effectiveness and price is great. It is really noticeable (it doesn't work miracles a few days after starting, of course).

Llevo años tomando glutamina por mis problemas de estómago. Cuando estaba peor la tomaba más de seguido. Ahora lo hago por temporadas. Por ejemplo, cuando tengo más estrés o como más días fuera por las vacaciones. La relación entre efectividad y precio es estupenda. De verdad se nota (no hace milagros a los días de empezar, claro).
