L-glutamine (Kyowa Quality®) powder

Good value for money

Good value for money. I take it pre or post workout, depending on the session and activity. I take it along with Bcaas 4:1:1, and now I'm also trying 2:1:1 ratio and very well. With the days you notice it, in recovery, fatigue, aches and pains. I like the brand and the way it works, products, web and information, consultations I have made about products, personalized treatment and fast shipping.

L-glutamine (Kyowa Quality®) powder

Good product

I have not tried any other glutamine, but this one has a good quality-price ratio and I seem to notice the difference after workouts. To put a but, the packaging in bag is not the most comfortable.

L-glutamine (Kyowa Quality®) powder

Correct

I use it to combine it with probiotics, on an empty stomach, and thus improve the flora and intestinal imperbeability. This increases the uptake and utilization of nutrients and serotonin production, promoting mood, rest, motivation and ultimately, overall health. Therefore, by feeling better, you train harder and better, getting better results.
