L-glutamine (Kyowa Quality®) powder

Easy to open?

Good neutral product, easy to dissolve and take. However the packaging could be improved the easy open, but once you manage to cut it and open it the sealing is good and allows to store the product well.

L-glutamine (Kyowa Quality®) powder

High glutamine content

I mixed them with the carbohydrate bottles for long bike rides and I can say that it is very good, it is noticeable in terms of muscle mass.
