L-glutamine (Kyowa Quality®) powder

I no longer take it

I used to take it combined with amino acids as pre and post workout. But the truth is that I don't take it anymore, I don't see it necessary if you comply with your macros in your diet.

Good product

The product is fine. The texture is like flour and dissolves more or less well. The taste is not unpleasant. The powder format ensures that it does not bring other unhealthy ingredients.

Quality Glutamine

Glutamine of the highest quality (the Kyowa seal proves it). I do not dare to take another one that does not have a seal and the format and price of hsn is excellent. I always repeat.
