I have only started recently so I can't evaluate the effectiveness yet, but it dilutes well and doesn't add flavor. The only thing I consider that could be improved is the packaging, which is a bit narrow and uncomfortable (I bought the 150g format to start with).

The product is fine, like any creatine you have to take it for a period of time to start noticing results, but it definitely does perform its functions. The only downside is that it takes a while to dissolve.
