Easy to take
I have started using this product and I have to say that the dissolution is very good, without lumps or anything similar, therefore very easy to take. I bought a small size so that it does not crystallize or hinder its solubility and, the truth is that I have used it without any problems. I notice less fatigue between sets, although for the moment the strength has not improved.
He empezado a utilizar este producto y tengo que decir que la disolución es muy buena, sin grumos ni nada similar, por tanto muy fácil de tomar. Compré tamaño pequeño para que no se cristalice ni dificulte su solubilidad y, la verdad, es que lo he gastado sin tener problemas. Noto menos cansancio entre series, aunque de momento la fuerza no ha mejorado.

A great option if you are looking for creatine at a good price, I got it as a gift for the purchase of protein and I did a lot of research before taking it because it is not creapure, but having an analysis backing it up I tried it and so far great. Fantastic gift for the purchase of protein. The bad thing is the packaging, I failed the press and close, so I have the open container waiting to find another container.

Very good, but terrible for the stomach
I know some people find creatine really upsets their stomach, I must be one of them! It works for me, but it's not worth it for how bad I had it. If it's the same for you, I recommend trying Evokalyn from the same brand, which hasn't given me any problems, with the same benefits.
Sé que hay gente a la que la creatina le molesta mucho al estómago, ¡debo de ser una de ellas! Funcionar me funciona, pero no merece la pena para lo mal que lo pasaba. Si te pasa igual, recomiendo probar la Evokalyn de la misma marca, que no me ha dado ningún problema, con las mismas ventajas.
