Great for intra-workout. Combine with dextrose. It dissolves very well, less sweet than fructose. The price is a bargain, which makes it a product that I never miss.

Very good carbohydrate for long bike rides. Very happy since I tried it. At first I took it with fructose and it was a bit bad for me, but maltodextrin alone works great.
