Beta-alanine powder

It is noticeable over time

I take lower doses than indicated for itching , but it depends on the person .

Beta-alanine powder

It works

It is not a panacea but just like creatine it works to give you more stamina in the gym.

Beta-alanine powder

Well

In principle it has not yet given time to get results, but good dissolution. I still feel the itching but the product looks good!

Beta-alanine powder

Good

I don't notice anything special but I guess the effectiveness depends on the person and the sport you practice.

Hi Bike, thank you for your opinion. It is necessary to maintain a period of continuous consumption of Beta-Alanine to appreciate its effects. Also, these benefits will be more noticeable depending on the physical activity you do, such as high intensity training and duration between 1 and 4 minutes. Best regards.

Beta-alanine powder

Powerful

I have tried beta alanine in capsule from another brand, but this one in powder form I notice that it activates me much more. Remember the itching sensation is normal but it is bearable.
