Beta-alanine powder

Well

It is fine, although a rather dispensable product for most cases.

Beta-alanine powder

Good product

I do crossfit, and you can really feel that extra resistance. If you're not going to train the tingling is a bit annoying at times.

Beta-alanine powder

Pre trained

It gives me the energy I need to face each workout, I have been taking it for months and I have noticed a lot of improvement, in long distance mountain outings, in the series, I definitely recommend it.

Beta-alanine powder

For intense training

Ideal to give it all in intense workouts. Recommended to start slowly to avoid the "itch" of not being used to it.

Beta-alanine powder

Improvable

The packaging is a nuisance since to remove the product you get full of it... it would be better a typical round container. The taste is unnoticeable and from the results it is still difficult to tell in such a short time of consumption.

Beta-alanine powder

Good product

It is great for crossfit sessions. It gives some flavor when you mix it. I take it several times a day to avoid itching.
