Beta-alanine powder

Good solubility

It has better solubility than others I have tried, which is very appreciated when taking it. Again a good product from this store, it does not fail.

Beta-alanine powder

Good product

Good sports supplement in relation quality / price. It works and you notice it after 2 weeks of use. Important to keep in mind that it works by saturation. You have to take it every day.

Beta-alanine powder

Great

Very good solubility. It does not add any flavor (perfect, because you can add it to any shake without altering the flavor).

Beta-alanine powder

Great

I don't take it all the time. Only in periods of high load routine but the results, if you are consistent, are noticeable.

Beta-alanine powder

It works for me

It's been a long time since I last trained. A few months ago I started training again and although I got hooked again and recovered my physical shape, I couldn't work my legs without overturning or coming up short in some training sessions. This supplement was recommended to me and I could say that almost from the first day I have noticed its effects. I started taking half a dose because of the itching that was mentioned but I increased to the maximum dose very quickly, in my case I have barely noticed that itching (which is totally normal). It does not cause me any intestinal discomfort.

No me causa ninguna molestia intestinal.
