Very good.

I have been taking it for more than 5 years when I go to do sports and so far it works perfectly, now they have changed the flavor of the capsules because before they were a little bad. And on top of that it is much cheaper than other multivitamins.

Llevo más de 5 años tomándolo cuándo voy a hacer deporte y de momento me funciona perfectamente, ahora han cambiado el sabor de las cápsulas porque antes estaban un poquillo malas. Y encima mucho más barato que otros multivitamínicos

This supplement cannot be missing in a good diet if we do not manage to take vitamins in other meals, so it fulfills its purpose.
