It's good to have it for when you need it.
Very convenient format in capsules and without taste due to the encapsulation. It is good to have it for training periods in which you demand more performance and thus have an extra reinforcement. Also very useful to recover strength when you get sick with a cold. Highly recommended to always have one just in case.
Formato muy cómodo en capsulas y sin sabor por el encapsulado.
Está bien tenerlo para las épocas de entrenamiento en las que te exiges mayor rendimiento y así tener un refuerzo extra.

Good product and economical
It is a good product for the price it has. Quite complete in minerals and essential vitamins. I have used it in times of depression and it is noticeable in the first week of taking it. I only have one drawback and that is the smell and the size of the capsules.
