Complete and unbeatable price. I highlight it for its Vit A Retinyl and not Beta-carotene (also why I rest weeks every 2 months). My basis for a good supplementation. I only miss Vit K but I don't mind, I supplement it separately along with D, C and Magnesium (to increase what is here). But I get everything else in one easy to swallow pill at a great price.
Completo y precio imbatible. Lo destaco por su Vit A de Retinilo y no de Betacaroteno (también por eso descanso semanas cada 2 meses). Mi base para una buena suplementación. Solo echo en falta Vit K pero no me importa, la suplemento a parte junto a la D, la C y el Magnesio (para aumentar lo de aqui). Pero todo lo demás lo obtengo con una sola pastilla fácil de tragar y a un gran precio.
