In theory tribulus is natural testosterone but you are not going to notice anything special if you don't accompany it with diet and exercise. What I have noticed the most is more libido.

I take it when I'm not training and I really feel that my muscle mass is maintained at the same level, without any loss of muscle. I don't know if it's due to this supplement (I take others at the same time) but it helps prevent muscle loss. However, the capsules are larger than average....the only negative point.

J'en prends quand je ne m'entraîne pas et j'ai vraiment l'impression que ma masse musculaire se maintient au même niveau, sans perte musculaire.Je ne sais pas si c'est du à ce complément(j'en prends d'autres en même temps) mais cela permet d'éviter la fonte musculaire.
