I take Omega 3 almost continuously and I alternate between different ways of taking it. It is comfortable to take, it does not leave me with a fishy aftertaste and it has a good quality/price ratio.

I had no problem using the capsules, neither by taste nor by size. A good point is that at least in my case, the capsules do not repeat the taste of the oil when I take them. Packaging easy to handle and with good presentation according to the product line of the brand.
No tuve ningún problema para usar las cápsulas, ni por sabor ni por tamaño. Bastante buen punto es que al menos en mi caso, las cápsulas no me repitan el sabor del aceite al tomarlas.
