Product that promotes weight loss and provides the necessary nutrients that fish provides, as in my case I do not take much and I have noticed a lot. I would buy it again because it is very good value for money.

Good product at competitive price
It is a good product and the capsules are easy to swallow. Although it depends on how you take them and the moment, they can repeat. If you take them mixed with meals, at least for me they do not repeat. The price is quite good and with the offers HSN has, it is a very competitive product. I will continue to buy it.

Meets my expectations
It gives you that plus that we always lack of Omega 3 by not eating enough fish and that other foods lack, the only negative is that the capsule is a little big but being gelatin is taken well.
Te aporta ese plus que siempre nos falta de Omega 3 por no comer suficiente pescado y que otros alimentos carecen, lo único negativo es que la cápsula es un poco grande pero al ser de gelatina se toma bien.
