Hace menos de un mes que estoy tomando Omega 3 de HSN y debo decir que me ha sorprendido la calidad de las cápsulas, se pueden tomar con facilidad y lo mejor es que no repite, tenía problemas con otras marcas que me venía el sabor a pescado. No como pescado de ningún tipo y tomarlo me proporciona aporte de Omega a mi organismo .
