Meets my expectations
It gives you that plus that we always lack of Omega 3 by not eating enough fish and that other foods lack, the only negative is that the capsule is a little big but being gelatin is taken well.
Te aporta ese plus que siempre nos falta de Omega 3 por no comer suficiente pescado y que otros alimentos carecen, lo único negativo es que la cápsula es un poco grande pero al ser de gelatina se toma bien.

Tastes like nothing, swallows well. It leaves a very slight fishy reflux, very slight. I suppose the easiest way to avoid this would be to buy omega from algae, but it is somewhat more expensive.
No sabe a nada, se traga bien. Deja un ligerísimo reflujo a pescado, muy ligero. Supongo que para evitarlo lo más fácil sería comprar omega que provenga de algas, pero es algo más caro.
