I perceive a better muscle repair from workouts. I take it with creatine as they have synergistic effects. As it does not contain flavoring, which I prefer, the taste is unpleasant, but it is a matter of camouflaging it in a shake, for example.

Strong flavor
The only downside is that I personally find the taste quite intense and somewhat unpleasant, but it is not unpalatable at all. Mixing it with the shake even leaves some flavor, but otherwise I am very satisfied with the product and its effectiveness.
