I don't like caffeine, and since I take ribose with every meal I feel I have less fatigue and more energy, without feeling restless. Highly recommended for fatigue.

I find its use complicated. You have to take it long before a training session, otherwise you end up with hypoglycemia.

Very good value for money. I take a ladle full in the mornings with green tea and I immediately notice the energy it gives me, apart from the fact that I can sweeten it and thus avoid sugar. Good product with a pleasant sweet taste. The packaging, although good in terms of packaging, isn't practical for taking out the doses, so I put the D-Ribose in a bottle which is easier to take out every day. It should be noted that the product must be consumed as soon as it comes into contact with the air, otherwise it will start to oxidize after a few days.
