I will not buy it again

What I can say is that I haven't noticed anything when taking it, I still have quite an appetite, it is not one of the supplements I would recommend.

I haven't seen any change since I started taking it and it's been a couple of weeks now. In my case I bought it for fatigue.

No he visto ningún cambio desde que empecé a tomarlo y ya hace un par de semanas. En mi caso lo adquirí para el cansancio.

Helps with fatigue and cravings

It has helped me to have more energy and to avoid snacking and cravings for sweets. For the price and being only one pill per day I will repeat in the future.
