Since taking this supplement I have been able to improve my physical performance in the gym and other sports activities, as well as an increase in strength and muscle mass, and at the same time, a reduction in body fat due to the fact that it regulates glucose levels. Desde que tomo este suplemento he podido mejorar bastante mi rendimiento físico en el gimnasio y otras actividades deportivas, así como un aumento de la fuerza y la masa muscular, al mismo tiempo, que una reducción de grasa corporal debido a que regula los niveles de glucosa. También he podido comprobar una reducción del colesterol malo (LDL) y un aumento del bueno (HDL).
