Maintains blood glucose levels at optimal values.

I have been taking picolinate for 4 months and my blood glucose is maintained after the intake of complex carbohydrates. As I am diabetic, I have not thought of doing it with simple carbohydrates, lest we make a mistake.

Tomo picolinato desde hace 4 meses y la glucemia se mantiene tras la ingesta de carbohidratos complejos. Al ser diabético no se me ha ocurrido hacerlo con los simples, no vaya a ser que metamos la pata.

Very good

I have been using it for some time now and I combine it with Berberine and the result is very very good.... controls my sugar, I really recommend it 100%.
