The first thing is that it has a great price, great. The second thing is that it has been effective for me. I don't take it every day, but I do when I have to spend many hours without being able to eat, or when I have larger meals. I bought it because of the positive reviews I read, obviously you have to accompany it with healthy food and exercise, but it is a good help, it helps to take away the appetite, and therefore helps in the goal of losing weight and stop craving junk food, which is more important.
