Nice omega presentation. I started taking this omega oil but then I discovered the Ultra Omega TG 1000 which is more effective for the prevention of cardiovascular disorders so I take 1 capsule of each daily. This one has omega 6 in it. Neutral flavor if stored in the refrigerator, because with the heat the capsules become very soft and can even break.
Buena presentación de omega. Yo empecé tomando este aceite de omega nada mas pero después descubrí el Ultra Omega TG 1000 que es mas efectivo para la prevención de trastornos cardiovasculares por lo que tomo 1 cápsula de cada uno diariamente. Pues este lleva omega 6. Sabor neutro si se guarda en el frigo, pues con el calor las capsúlas se ablandan mucho y pueden incluso romperse.

Buena fuente de grasas saludables que suelen faltar en la dieta. Suele haber una deficiencia de grasas omega 3 EPA Y DHA. Las grasas omega 6 GLA antiinflamatorias son aún más difíciles de encontrar y se encuentran en poquísimos alimentos como la onagra. Y el omega 9 también se encuentra en pocos alimentos, tengo entendido. Así que es un buen suplemento de grasas antiinflamatorias y saludables.
