Better omega-3 alone
It is very good to have the 3 omegas together but it is better to take omega-3 separately since the O-6 is present in many foods and the O-9 is manufactured by our own body. As I eat very little fish I decided to take it, but next time I will take the omega-3 only.
Esta muy bien que tenga los 3 omegas juntos pero es mejor tomar omega-3 separado ya que el O-6 estan presentes en muchos alimentos y el O-9 lo fabrica nuestro propio cuerpo. Yo al comer muy poco pescado decidi tomar, pero la proxima vez pillare el omega3 unicamente
