There is no better place to start

I went to a person who is dedicated to bodybuilding for some guidance and he recommended me this joint article on creatine. As far as this article is concerned, in my case I take it with skimmed milk and it dissolves very well considering that I add oatmeal and as I said, creatine. I recommend changing the flavors if for example you are going to buy two.

He acudido a una persona que se dedica al fisioculturismo para que me oriente un poco y me recomendó este artículo conjunto de la creatina. A lo que respecta este artículo, en mi caso me lo tomo con leche desnatada y se disuelve muy bien teniendo en cuenta que le añado harina de avena y como he dicho, la creatina. Recomiendo que se cambien los sabores si por ejemplo vas a comprar dos.

I got them in chocolate flavor and they are too good even if taken with davena milk. They are much better than the ones I used to make myself by adding chocolate powder to the neutral whey.
