The package arrived to me in less time than stipulated. I took this flavor because I had already tried it and it reminded me a lot of Lotus. It dissolves in no time, leaves no lumps, and is very satiating.

My parcel took a week to arrive from Spain, totally okay! The quality is really great and vanilla ice cream - raspberry tastes very good, salted caramel too, but is a bit too sweet for me! But for the price and the amino acid profile, it's absolutely okay and great in quark or porridge! I can definitely recommend it!

Proteins for great tasting shakes
I have tried the chocolate and cookies, the vanilla and raspberry and the vanilla. They all taste good but for me they are too sweet even making a smoothie with water only, but to add them to recipes or yogurts they are very good.
