I've been taking this protein just 1 year, I mainly ask for it without flavor because apart from the flavors I add them myself, the ones the protein comes with are also cloying depending on taste. One of the reasons why I keep buying it is because of the amount of protein it contains, normally there are proteins that talk about 100%, but then for every 100g they have about 74g of clean protein. In this case, if we believe the package insert, it has about 84g per 100g, so it has relatively more. Another point is the price, here I am curious because it is significantly cheaper. I mainly take it on the recommendation of my neighbor David, a dealer. The worst thing is the presentation, it comes in a bag with a regular closure and it is quite uncomfortable, in a bottle you would get more out of it. The worst thing is at the level of creatine or supplements that are purchased in less quantity because you can't even fit your hand inside the bag.
Llevo tomando esta proteína justo 1 año, principalmente la pido sin sabor ya que aparte de que los sabores se los añado yo, los que trae la proteína salen ser empalagosos también depende del gusto.
Un punto por el que la sigo comprando es por la cantidad de proteína que trae, normalmente hay proteínas que hablan de 100%, pero luego por cada 100g tienen sobre unos 74g de proteína limpia. En este caso si nos creemos el prospecto, trae unos 84g a los 100. Por tanto relativamente trae más.
Otro punto es el precio, aquí me causa curiosidad ya que es notablemente más barata. Principalmente la tomo por recomendación de mi vecino David marchante.
Lo peor es la presentación, viene en una bolsa con un cierre regular y es bastante incomodo, en un bote se sacaría más provecho. Lo peor es a nivel de creatina o suplementos que se compren en menos cantidad ya que ni te cabe la mano dentro de la bolsa.

I had never tried unflavored protein before. Lately I have been noticing headaches after drinking flavored protein shakes. It seems that because of the sucralose that is used as a sweetener in these shakes. With this unflavored version and therefore without sweeteners, I have not had this problem again. Perfect to drink with milk and to use in cooking. Very happy
Nunca había probado proteína sin sabor. Últimamente venía notando dolores de cabeza tras tomar batido de proteínas con sabor. Parece que por la sucralosa que se utiliza como edulcorante en estos. Con esta versión sin sabor y por tanto sin edulcorantes, no he vuelto a tener este problema.
