Esta opción sin sabor no la recomiendo para tomarla sola con agua, ya que queda un sabor raro, pero es excelente para mezclarla con otras cosas que ya tengan sabor, además se disuelve muy bien. Y es una opción más saludable ya que lleva menos ingredientes (sin saborizantes ni edulcorantes perjudiciales, etc.) y más cantidad de proteínas.
