I used to take the pill version but, apart from the fact that it took several doses, it made me too constipated. With this format it is only one dose and I have no constipation problems. The taste is not very good but it is more than acceptable.
Tomaba la versión en pastillas pero, a parte de que eran varias tomas, me estreñía demasiado. Con éste formato sólo es una toma y no tengo problemas de estreñimiento. El sabor no está muy conseguido pero es más que aceptable
